Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on shapewear products.
Exchanges are offered only under specific circumstances outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
