RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Vivenza Velonsi, we are committed to delivering premium-quality shapewear designed for comfort, confidence, and performance. Due to the intimate and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we maintain strict return standards.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on shapewear products.

Shapewear is considered an intimate garment. For health protection and hygiene purposes, items that have been opened, tried on, worn, washed, or unsealed are not eligible for return.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only under the following circumstances:

• You received the wrong item
• You received the wrong size
• The item arrived damaged or defective

To request an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• A brief explanation of the issue

Items must be:

• Unused
• Unworn
• In original packaging
• With all tags attached

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet these conditions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.


3. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days under EU consumer protection laws.

However, for hygiene reasons, intimate garments including shapewear are not eligible for return once opened, worn, tried on, or unsealed.

To qualify under the EU cooling-off period, items must remain completely unused and in their original sealed packaging.


4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

• The product is confirmed defective and a replacement is unavailable
• The exchange item is out of stock
• The order is cancelled before shipment
• The item is officially confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Vivenza Velonsi reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
