All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-demand periods or supplier delays, processing may take up to 8 business days.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery time to the United States:

7–15 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

• Weather conditions
• Peak seasons
• Incorrect shipping information

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors.


3. Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders.

There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.


5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

• Please contact the shipping carrier first
• Then contact us at hello.vivenza@gmail.com

We will assist in filing an investigation.

Vivenza Velonsi is not responsible for stolen packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays or losses once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
